Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross‑functional projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role partners with stakeholders to define project objectives, manage risks, track progress, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing priorities while driving teams toward successful outcomes. This role will support managing operational projects & new product introductions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute structured project plans to ensure effective resource management and the timely progression of project schedules
- Manage all phases of the project life cycle including scoping, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects
- Update project tasks and functional resource requirements, through weekly project review team meetings.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand root causes, establish remedial actions and recommend process improvements
- Manage project risks through formal Risk Registers, define mitigation plans where risks can’t be accepted
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope as well as changes to the project plan and status reports.
- Tracks and controls schedule and associated costs to achieve completion within project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure the timely completion and effective configuration management of all project documentation and data-packs.
- Prepare for, administer and document project meetings, including formal MoMs
- Provide direction and support to each project team
- Serve as primary point of contact for external and internal project teams
- Analyze project lessons learned to determine future improvements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5 Years of Project Management / Program Management
- Project APM, PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to drive project teams for a common goal
- Strong analytical skills and reasoning ability required.
- Strong knowledge/experience with multiple IT applications, technology, and database platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including MS Project
Preferred Qualifications
- Appliance industry experience
- Masters or Technical Degree (Desirable)
- Process Engineering Background

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
