Candidates with project-based experience, especially those who have worked with financial institutions or fintech platforms, will excel in this role.You’ll help bring Prizeout’s CashBack ecosystem to life for banks, credit unions, and fintech partners, working across product, engineering, operations, and external teams to deliver smooth, successful implementations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll learn how modern digital banking experiences are built, tested, and launched.What You'll DoSupport end-to-end implementation of Prizeout’s platform with financial-institution partnersCoordinate project plans, timelines, requirements, and partner communicationAssist with technical setup including SSO launch flows, data exchange, APIs, and basic networking requirementsWork with partners and core providers (DNA, Symitar, Fiserv, Q2, Alkami, D3) to complete integration stepsTroubleshoot implementation issues by reviewing logs, payloads, session behavior, and partner dataCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Fraud, and Partner Success throughout each launchWhat You'll Bring2-4 years of project-based experience, such as implementations, onboarding, client delivery, or technical project coordinationIdeally, experience with fintech or financial-institution workflows, integrations, or digital banking technologiesComfort with technical concepts or willingness to learn - no coding requiredStrong communication skills and ability to keep partners and projects moving forwardHigh attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally and thrive in a dynamic startup environmentNice To HaveExperience with digital banking or core banking providersExperience with payments, fraud, or accounting processesAbility to troubleshoot API requests or integration issuesThe expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, plus an equity componentPlease Note:Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.Prizeout is an advertising and financial technology company that helps put money back into people’s pockets.
