Location: Grand Prairie, TX (In-Office)
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:
- Sell pest control service plans to warm inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling)
- Close deals confidently and consistently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Handle objections and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with leadership to improve process and performance
- Meet and exceed individual performance and sales goals
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of direct or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline
- Ultra-reliable, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Comfortable using sales software (CRM experience preferred; Go High Level or FieldRoutes a plus)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
