3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or related role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.), and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
