WholeHealth Medical is a highly stable, fully-staffed family medicine practice seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our holistic-minded team. Quick Look:
- Schedule: Full-Time (4-day work week). Clinical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM. No evening or weekend clinic hours. Light, shared call rotation.

Practice Overview:
- Broad Scope of Care: Provide holistic, full-scope family medicine to patients of all ages, infants to geriatrics. We value quality over quantity, managing a comfortable volume and reasonable patient appointment time slots.
- Modern Workflows: Step into an innovative, holistic environment where you are given the time to truly get to know your patients and establish lasting relationships. Access to charting assistance technology provided.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role starts at $115,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: 1 years of clinical practicing experience in primary care required.
- Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
