Job Description:
We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Columbia, Maryland.

- Scope of Practice: The incoming provider will offer comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed; collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers; and educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
- Schedule: Highly flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends required.
- Compensation: Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits
Qualifications:
- 1 years of primary care experience highly preferred
- Experience in managing chronic conditions, acute care, and women's health preferred
- State licensure and board certification is required
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
