Privé Group is seeking a Project Manager with a strong construction management focus to lead and oversee real estate development projects in Detroit, primarily residential and mixed-use.
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven professional who can take full ownership of projects from early-stage development through construction and delivery. This is not a passive or reporting role — the ideal candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day coordination, site progress, and decision-making.
The role requires someone who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-development through construction and final delivery.
- Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee on-site construction progress and actively track project execution.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and key milestones across all phases.
- Review construction reports, change orders, and cost controls.
- Support permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between ownership, partners, and field teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with strong exposure to construction.
- Proven experience in residential and/or mixed-use development projects.
- Direct experience working with contractors, consultants, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Based in Detroit, Michigan.
