Job Description
PrivateSky® Aviation Services is expanding its team of Line Service Technicians in Fort Myers, Florida. We operate a full-service FBO providing:
- Phillips 66 Aviation Jet Fuel and Av Gas
- Airline into Plane Fueling
- Ground Power Unit Services and a Luxury Passenger Waiting Lobby
- Hangar and Ramp Space
- Rental Cars on site with advanced reservation
- Limos & Tour Buses by reservation in advance
- Catering, Concierge Services, Conference Room, Pilots Quiet Room and Satellite Weather Service Computer
- Lavatory Servicing and Potable Water Servicing
Responsibilities of a Line Services Technician:
- Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars, etc.
- Carry out aircraft fueling and de-fueling operations
- Perform aircraft oil servicing
- Service aircraft lavatories
- Execute aircraft towing, positioning and marshaling
- Conduct fuel farm maintenance operation
- Maintain security access to ramp, hangar and offices
- Implement maintenance and preventative maintenance on company equipment and vehicles
- Complete periodic checks of the facility
- Ensure Line Service office, and surrounding outside area, and ramp is kept in a clean, safe and organized manner
- Fulfill landscape duties as assigned
- Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual
Qualifications:
- First class customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to work flexibly and effectively
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds on an occasional basis
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License
- Capable of obtaining an airport badge (passing a 10-year background check)
- Able to take and pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Military experience a plus
- Aviation experience preferred
Compensation dependent on experience with access to a range of options for Medical, Dental & Vision coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
