Private Therapy Services is continuing to grow our Orthopedic, Vestibular & Pelvic Health programs, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice in a setting where quality of care still comes first.
This is a full-time opportunity for a South Carolina licensed PT with pelvic health training who wants to grow within a respected specialty program, treat complex and meaningful cases, and practice in a private setting where quality care comes first.
At PTS, pelvic health is treated as the specialized, trust-based care it is. Our therapists have the time, privacy, and clinical support to listen well, educate clearly, and help patients move forward with confidence.

The Role
As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at PTS, you will provide skilled, compassionate care for patients navigating deeply personal pelvic health conditions. This role calls for strong clinical reasoning, clear patient education, discretion, and the ability to build trust.
You will use evidence-based care and individualized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, restore function, build confidence, and improve their quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of pelvic health experience
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- A desire to keep learning and growing clinically
- Confidence working with a variety of patient needs and backgrounds
- Professionalism, empathy, discretion, and sound clinical judgment
- A collaborative mindset
- Level 1 & 2 Pelvic Health Certification preferred
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license
