Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other security equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in need.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for law enforcement or management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure proper handling of security matters.
Skills
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of people.
