Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Skytab POS system
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces as needed.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as required, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food.
Skills
Bilingual is a must! But not require.
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, including quick service & fast food settings.
- Familiarity with Skytab POS system is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations, including retail math knowledge.
- Understanding of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
