Company Description
In-Home Nanny Needed for Two Young Children (Spring, TX)
We are a warm, family-oriented household in Spring, TX (77386) seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced in-home nanny to care for our two children: a 2-year-old toddler and a 7-month-old infant. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys early childhood, values routine and play, and can grow with our family.
Schedule
* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Start date and long-term availability to be discussed
About Our Children
* Toddler (female, 2 years old)
* One nap per day
* Breakfast, lunch, and 2–3 snacks daily
* Enjoys learning, arts and crafts, and outdoor time
* Infant (male, 7 months old)
* Two naps per day
* Formula-fed with two solid meals
* Needs attentive, responsive care and consistency
Our parenting approach is Montessori-inspired, play-based, structured, and faith-centered, and we’re looking for a nanny who appreciates a balance of warmth, patience, and routine.
Responsibilities
* Provide attentive, loving care for both children
* Follow established nap, feeding, and daily routines
* Prepare and serve children’s meals and snacks
* Bottle prep and cleaning
* Light tidying of children’s spaces and play areas
* Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities (independent play, backyard play, reading, arts and crafts, etc.)
* Occasional neighborhood walks (weather permitting)
Work Environment
* Mom works from home and may step in briefly during the day (lunch or a walk)
* No pets in the home
* Calm, respectful household that values open communication

Requirements
* Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers
* Experience managing multiple children
* CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Willing to undergo a background check
* Strong references required
Preferred Qualifications
* Background or education in early childhood development
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Experience with sleep training
