Account Manager Agent Segment: Tier 1 Agents (producing agents)Primary Mission: Protect, grow, and deepen revenue from your existing producing agents. Our client is a fast-growing software-based commercial insurance Managing General Agency (MGA) and Wholesaler looking for an Inside Sales Territory Manager, to join our growing Agency Manager team. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain lasting relationships with our agent partners over the phone, identify new business opportunities, and increase overall production in your territory. This role is not hunting — it is retention expansion.Core ResponsibilitiesDedicated ownership of all Tier 1 agentsQuarterly business reviews (lightweight, scalable)Proactive outreach on:Upcoming renewalsCross-sell opportunitiesAppetite changes that benefit their bookEnsures top agents feel prioritized and supportedEarly warning system for agent dissatisfaction or drop-off KPIsTier 1 Bind Growth (QoQ)Tier 1 Premium GrowthTier 1 Retention RateAvg Binds per Tier 1 AgentAgent Satisfaction (simple survey / feedback loop) Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry (commercial)• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and/or sales targets• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must enjoy talking to people• Strong problem-solving skills• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team• Experience working with software such as CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, etc.
