We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join a locally established, family-owned company. This role involves working independently or in small teams on a variety of residential, commercial, mixed, and industrial plumbing projects. Frequent travel between job sites is required. The ideal candidate will be skilled with plumbing tools, dedicated to safety, and knowledgeable in maintaining compliance with all relevant codes.

Responsibilities
- Install piping systems and plumbing fixtures across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Repair leaks and troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide installations and repairs
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and providing updates
- Adhere to safety practices on all job sites
- Travel frequently between job locations to complete projects
- Work on water service, septic systems, sewer, and gas lines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumbing License
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in pipefitting and blueprint interpretation
- Knowledge of water and drainage systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commitment to safety practices
- Experienced in use of standard plumbing tools
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program
