We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household and provide comprehensive personal assistance. This role combines household management, lifestyle coordination, and personal support to ensure our home runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will pay from $27 - $32 per hour for 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management
- Oversee all aspects of household operations including maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with service providers (landscapers, contractors, etc.) as needed
- Maintain household inventory and ensure supplies are stocked
- Prepare light meals and handle meal planning/prep as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and tidying to maintain organized, clean spaces
- Organize and maintain household systems for maximum efficiency
- Handle home security and safety protocols
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling across personal and professional commitments
- Plan and arrange travel including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage correspondence, emails, and communications as needed
- Research and book reservations for dining, entertainment, and events
- Run errands including shopping, pickups, deliveries, and returns
- Coordinate appointments (medical, personal care, professional services)
Administrative Tasks
- Process and organize mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems and important documents
- Coordinate bill payments and expense tracking
- Handle special projects and ad hoc requests
- Assist with event planning and hosting preparation
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
