We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced French-speaking nanny to care for two wonderful children, ages 7 and 8, in a professional family's home.
This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for an experienced, dependable nanny who enjoys creating a positive, engaging environment while helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for two school-aged children
- Speak French with the children throughout the day to encourage language development
- Plan age-appropriate educational, creative, and outdoor activities
- Pick Up and drop off children from school and extracurricular activities
- Prepare healthy snacks and light meals
- Assist with grocery shopping and household errands as needed
- Keep children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings organized
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Help maintain a structured daily routine
Qualifications
- Fluent in French (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional nanny experience
- Experience caring for school-aged children
- Experience providing French tutoring and homework assistance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification (required)
- Excellent professional references (required)
- Dependable, punctual, organized, proactive, and professional
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible position with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week
- Additional hours available on weekends, overnight business travel, and school breaks
Compensation and Benefits
- $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Mileage reimbursement provided for all driving related to the children and running errands
