Floor Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Manager to join our team at a busy neighborhood bar and restaurant.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being hands-on during service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Running and overseeing shifts to ensure smooth service
• Hosting and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Providing quality control and support for both front and back of house teams
• Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout each shift
• Assisting with closing procedures and end-of-night duties
• Supporting management with staff communication and operational needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant or bar management or floor leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A genuine desire to provide excellent hospitality and lead by example
• Availability to work nights and weekends part time.
