Entry-Level Associate Attorney – Transactional & Foreclosure Law
Location: Monmouth County, NJ (In-Office Position)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level attorney to join our growing law firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our practice focuses on transactional real estate and foreclosure matters, representing private lenders and institutional clients nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or junior attorney to gain hands-on experience in both transactional and litigation-related workflows, including real estate closings, title review, and foreclosure processes. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and receive direct mentorship in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position is fully in-office, with limited remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate transactions and foreclosure matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research related to real estate, foreclosure, and compliance issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Review title reports and assist in identifying and resolving title issues
- Analyze entity documents, loan documents, and purchase agreements
- Support foreclosure proceedings, including document preparation and case tracking
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties
- Maintain organized files and track deadlines across multiple active matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) or pending admission
- Strong interest in transactional real estate and foreclosure law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office
