Responsibilities
- Review completed sales agreements and ensure all details are accurately captured in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Assign and manage licenses and entitlements in accordance with internal procedures.
- Verify data consistency and maintain organized documentation across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales Operations, and Order Management to confirm details and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows.
- Track task completion and maintain compliance with established timelines and standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, order management, or administrative coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-focused work.
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working on internal process execution and system management.
