Duties
- Perform loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through effective inventory control practices.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills in warehouse management.
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order making, picking and packing.
- Experience with packaging, shipping & receiving processes, and order fulfillment practices.
