Oversee the hiring and training of new managers and employees. Ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers and other associates daily to set maintain a high standard of excellence, integrity and ethical business practices. Serve as liaison with manufacturer. Be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance. Qualifications / Requirements General Manager : Previous General Management experience at high-volume franchise dealership preferred; previous automotive management experience required. Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance. Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability. Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must have knowledge of franchise dealership financial accounting and proficient knowledge of DMS and CRM (CDK experience preferred).
