Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to this client
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to her parents and/or other caregivers
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and enteral feedings
- Perform ventilator management. Use is intermittent, for short periods of time, usually at night. Training provided.
- Perform trach care. Trach is well-established. Training provided.
-Ideally needing care Saturday, Sunday, and Monday days 6-12 hour shifts.
- Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to ensure client's highest quality of life.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
- Pass background check.
- Caring and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, especially in an emergency situation.
-Any experience with Augmentative Communication Device is a plus.
