What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home property manager position at Private home?
This is a part-time Home maintenance Jack of all trade. We are an elderly couple who are looking for someone. 5-10 hours per week. Totally flexible. These hours are from May through October. After that during the winter, it would be a couple of hours per week just checking on the house and making sure everything is OK.
Great part-time job for someone who has some mechanical ability, a strong back, light Landscaping responsibilities.
Looking for a retiree or an individual who is very settled and responsible. Hopefully this will be a job for many years.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
