Job Overview
As a Life Skills Coach, your duties will be to support a late-30’s male of high intellect but with some social challenges and other characteristics of autism.
The ability to engage and facilitate in social situations is especially important and is a target area for growth in the person being supported.
You are the RIGHT person to join our support team if you are a calm and steady personality, are empathetic, respectful, and have an understanding of autistic spectrum disorder.
Schedule and shifts are flexible for mid-day, evenings, and weekends. This position would be ideal for a college student or recent graduate who is looking to build a career in the neuro-diverse community.
The ideal candidate for this position will be well-spoken, intellectually curious, outgoing, and self-assured. Tidiness and cleanliness of attire and personal appearance are required. Extra consideration will be given if you are interested in technology, chess, gaming, and music.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
