Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Private Duty Nurse located in Troutville, VA. Hours are 3:00 pm to 7:00pm 3 to 5 weekdays a week. The Private Duty Nurse will be responsible for providing personalized healthcare to a bed ridden female patient. The day-to-day tasks include providing direct patient care, including feeding.


Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • Must be able to operate a lift chair
  • Compassion and gentle care is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a home-care environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
