Assignments may include industrial sites, residential communities, or commercial properties. Officers work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.

About The Role
As a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets. You’ll maintain a strong, visible presence to deter unlawful behavior, respond to incidents, and create a safe environment for clients and the community. This position reports to a Sergeant.
What You’ll Do
- Patrol assigned sites, including perimeters and buildings
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and control access to facilities
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity
- Enforce site-specific rules and report violations
- Write clear, detailed incident reports and communicate with supervisors and law enforcement when needed
- Support emergency response efforts
- Operate metal detectors or screening devices if required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of security, law enforcement, or related experience (preferred)
- Eligible for Georgia 24-hour unarmed security certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, or lift as needed for long periods
- MUST have open availability on weekends. Evening and holiday availability is also required
- Flexible part-time scheduling
