Contract Project Manager – Luxury Coastal Remodel
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Project Manager to oversee a high-end residential remodel located in a coastal setting. This role requires a detail-driven professional who can manage timelines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of a luxury renovation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project coordination for a high-end residential remodel
- Manage schedules, timelines, and contractor performance to ensure all milestones are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries with precision
- Monitor project progress, proactively address delays, and maintain project momentum
- Maintain detailed records of budgets, selections, and project documentation
- Serve as the primary point of communication between ownership and all project partners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing residential construction or luxury remodel projects
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to enforce deadlines and maintain accountability across teams
- Professional communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes preferred

Contract Details:
