Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives across time zones
- Coordinate a high-volume of internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries
- Roadshow coordination
- Working with other offices
- CRM tracking and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Financial Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
