We are two busy fun-loving Business Owners looking to hire a part-time house manager/nanny for our family of four. We're seeking someone who will help us reclaim precious time with our family by taking ownership of daily recurring tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, cheerful, and adaptable with a can-do, get-it-done mentality. Because we'll be spending so much time together, finding the right personality fit is essential - we want you to enjoy being in our home as much as we enjoy having you there.
Position Overview
- Hours: 20~30 hours per week
- Mandatory Schedule: 2pm - 6pm Monday through Friday, weekends off
- Flexible Schedule: Additional hours available; must be available for school closures/snow days
- Start Date: Within the next two weeks
- Employment: W-2 hourly position @ $25-27/hour
- Location: We live on the east side of Denver
Key Responsibilities
Children & Transportation
- Pick up our amazing kids (ages 8 and 11) from school at varying times based on their schedules
- Transport to/from activities (swimming, tutoring, extracurriculars) using family vehicle
- Supervise homework completion and afternoon routines
- Provide full-day care during school closures as needed
Household Management
- Oversee biweekly housekeepers and handle daily tidying (dishes, straightening up)
- Manage all family laundry – run washer, dryer, folding, and organizing
- Complete weekly grocery ordering based on provided meal plans
- Handle errands: dry cleaning, post office, car gas/wash, etc.
- Meal preparation for children's lunches and assist with family dinner prep
- Organize and optimize household systems with regular improvement projects
- Pack for family trips
Administrative Duties
- Vendor management: coordinate housekeeper, lawn care, repairs, evening babysitters
- Schedule and oversee home maintenance appointments
- Maintain family calendars and schedules
- Holiday support: decorating, gift wrapping, storage
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as nanny / house manager
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Must pass background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
