Our private orthodontic office is seeking an experienced orthodontic leader who excels at case acceptance, patient experience, team leadership, and driving practice growth. This is not a traditional office manager position – we’re looking for someone who enjoys building a high-performing team and helping grow a thriving orthodontic practice in Burbank, CA area! Qualifications
- 5 years of ortho management experience
- Leadership skills that drive new patient conversion
- A professional who is patient-focused and excels in building relationships
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Oversees KPI’s and Collections
- Handles HR and operations
- Financial/Insurance experience is required
- Itero scanning experience is a plus
