- Earning Potential: $300,000–$450,000 annually

- Work Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic care.
- Lead and mentor a stable and skilled clinical team, including 3 dental assistants and 4 hygienists.
- Manage and grow the patient base
- Continue building the reputation
Practice Overview
- Operatories: 9 fully equipped ops
- Technology: Fully digital with iTero scanning, CBCT, CEREC, and 3D Imaging
- Yearly Net Production: Over $2,000,000.00 and Collections: 98%
- Patient Mix: 5,018 patient visits | 100% Fee-for-service practice
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Strong in oral surgery, implant placement, and endodontics is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about patient care, leadership, and practice growth
