The Role – Practice Leader (“Mini-CEO”)
This is a true leadership role, not a traditional office manager position.
You will act as the operational leader of the practice, working directly with ownership to drive performance, elevate the team, and continuously improve systems.
What You Will Lead
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the practice
- Lead and inspire both front office and clinical support teams
- Drive production, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance
- Maintain strong collections and financial performance
- Oversee billing, insurance, and AR management
- Implement and refine systems, workflows, and accountability structures
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Production & collections
- Hygiene growth and utilization
- Case acceptance
- AR and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and best practices
- Support a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement
Who You Are
- Experienced Dental Office Manager (5 years)
- A strong leader who brings clarity, structure, and accountability
- Someone who is both strategic and hands-on
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Confident in managing people, systems, and performance
- Knowledgeable in dental billing, insurance, and operations
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and initiative
- Someone who genuinely cares about team culture and patient experience
