Wiring Assembler – Precision Harness Builder & Electrical Assembler

We’re searching for a detail-obsessed Wiring Assembler who loves clean routing, solid crimps, shiny solder joints, and harnesses that pass inspection the first time. If wiring diagrams make sense to you and color codes are your second language, keep reading
Locations: Aurora or Arvada
Shift & Pay (Yes, there’s LOTS of overtime)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Overtime Required)
- Hours: 50–55 hours/week (bring the hustle )
- Pay: $22–$23/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do (a.k.a. your daily wins)
- Measure, cut, route, wrap, tie, and terminate wires with precision
- Assemble wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies that actually make things work
- Solder and crimp wires to terminals and connectors like a pro
- Perform continuity and functional testing (because quality matters)
- Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, defects, and compliance
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work orders
- Keep tools clean, calibrated, and ready for action
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring issues when needed
What You Bring to the Table
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and color codes
- Experience with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to tiny details
- A quality-first mindset and commitment to safety
- Team-player attitude in a fast-paced production environment
- 1 year of wiring, harness assembly, or electrical manufacturing experience
Bonus Points If You Have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Physical Requirements
- Stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Follow all PPE and safety guidelines
