• 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
• M-Th or Tu-Fri
• $14.00/hour

About the Role

We are looking for dependable Manufacturing Associates to support daily production at a beauty and personal care manufacturing facility. This position plays an important part in getting products ready for customers by handling packaging, labeling, quality checks, material movement, and general production activities.

You do not need previous experience in cosmetics or personal care products to be successful. We are looking for reliable and committed candidates, who pay attention to detail, and are comfortable learning new processes and equipment.

Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, and English is not required.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 4-day workweek
• 10-hour shifts
• Day and evening opportunities
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• Support production activities at various points along a high-volume manufacturing line.
• Prepare bottles, containers, cartons, and other packaging materials for production.
• Fill, cap, label, wrap, and package finished products according to production requirements.
• Examine products and packaging throughout the process to identify damage, defects, or inconsistencies.
• Build shipping cartons, cases, prepacks, and pallet boxes.
• Sort, organize, and prepare completed products for the next stage of production or shipment.
• Move materials, components, and finished goods between work areas using pallet jacks.
• Follow cGMP, safety, quality, and manufacturing requirements.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple production tasks.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate production equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently walk throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Regular reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or similar movement may be required.
• Work takes place in a manufacturing facility with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
• May work around chemical materials and must follow all applicable safety procedures.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (provided by us).
• Must maintain awareness of personal and equipment safety at all times.
