Overview
We are seeking a Draftsman to support our engineering and production teams in a manufacturing environment focused on pumping and spraying construction-related equipment. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and organizing drawings, as well as developing accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support production.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is strong in executing drawings and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update 2D and 3D drawings using Creo and/or AutoCAD
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for assemblies and components
- Revise existing drawings based on engineering or production changes
- Locate, organize, and maintain drawing files and documentation
- Work with spreadsheets (Excel) to track parts, assemblies, and revisions
- Support engineering and production teams with accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience using Creo, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software
- Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
- Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic data tracking
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with mechanical assemblies or fabricated equipment
- Exposure to weldments or heavy equipment
- Basic understanding of mechanical components and how things are built
