We are seeking a dependable Behavioral Health Caregiver to support adults receiving behavioral health services.
This is a hands-on role that includes assisting members with daily living needs, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, medication support, documentation, appointments, and community activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean living environment.
- Transport members to appointments and approved activities.
- Assist with medication self-administration according to established procedures.
- Complete required documentation, including progress notes, medication records, ADLs, and incident reports.
- Monitor changes in behavior, mental health symptoms, or physical condition and report concerns.
- Follow treatment plans and support members with identified goals.
- Respond appropriately to behavioral or medical emergencies.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and member dignity.
