Position Overview
The Senior Client Service Associate (SCSA) plays a key leadership role within our Kirkland office. This individual serves as a primary service contact for clients, oversees complex operational processes, and partners closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
This position is ideal for an experienced wealth management professional who takes ownership, anticipates client needs, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment where service excellence matters.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their professional partners.
- Deliver a responsive, hospitality-driven client experience.
- Prepare for client meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items and service requests.
Operations & Account Management
- Lead complex client onboarding, including account openings and transfers.
- Manage all aspects of money movement (wires, journals, gifting, RMDs, tax payments, etc.).
- Research and resolve custodian alerts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Mentor and support junior Client Service Associates.
- Identify opportunities to improve service workflows and operational efficiency.
- Help develop and maintain best practices and service standards across the firm.
- Assist advisors with strategic initiatives and special projects.
Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, fiduciary, and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain strong operational controls and thorough documentation.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude that embraces learning new skills in an evolving financial services industry.
- 5–8 years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial services.
- Experience working with custodians (Schwab is preferred).
- Strong understanding of account operations, onboarding, and money movement processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and portfolio reporting platforms such as Advyzon.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry licenses (Series 7/63/65 or 66) is required.
