Sales Representative / Shop Manager
Semi-Trailer Repair & Service Company
Are you a motivated professional with strong customer service and leadership skills? We're looking for a Sales Representative / Shop Manager to join our growing semi-trailer repair business.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, fleets, and owner-operators
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and service recommendations
- Schedule repairs and coordinate workflow in the shop
- Manage technicians and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Monitor parts inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, service management, or truck/trailer repair industry preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Basic computer skills and experience with invoicing or shop management software
- Knowledge of semi-trailers, DOT requirements, or commercial vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
