Accounting Support Specialist
The Accounting Support Specialist position is responsible for timely and accurate management of tasks related to customer accounts and completing the processes to close deals within the guidelines of the fleet/commercial division.
Reporting Structure: Reports to Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Process payments and vehicle payoffs
- Deal processing
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Audit inquiries and reconcile reports Invoicing and collections

Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Office experience preferred
- Previous fleet sales or automotive sales experience a plus
- Some automotive knowledge a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Some mathematical abilities required
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must be able to sit up to 90% of the day
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent required
