Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead our sales team and enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of sales management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve high performance and meet goals. 
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging team collaboration and development.
• Desk deals effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance on inventory controls, pricing strategies, and vehicle appraisals.
• Address customer escalations and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and follow-up through CRM systems and e-leads.
• Conduct regular training sessions for sales consultants to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Develop and implement ongoing improvement opportunities for the sales process and team performance.
• Ensure the lot presentation is visually appealing and reflects the quality of our vehicles.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote vehicle inventory and dealership events.
• Additional duties as requested.

Reporting Structure

Reports to General Sales Manager

Ideal Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in supply chain, finance, and insurance is preferred.
• OEM expertise is a plus.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
