Responsibilities:
- Responsible for profitability in all dealership departments
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts
- Hire, mentor, and monitor performance of all department heads
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
- Review KPIs daily and make adjustments to increase production
- Assist in developing advertising and marketing strategies
- Build relationships with employees and customers to support sales processes
- Provide training, coaching, and support to staff
- Assist managers in closing deals and attracting customers
- Ensure effective inventory control
- Maintain professional appearance and work ethic
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record
Requirements:
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- High school diploma/GED
- 3–5 years automotive management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Self‑motivated & goal‑oriented
- Professional appearance & work ethic
