As we continue to expand and strengthen our national footprint in the transportation industry, we are seeking high-quality accounting talent to support our growth and operations.

The Finance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient management of customer accounts and supporting deal-closing processes. This position will also serve as a backup for Office Managers as they are out, providing coverage and continuity across locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments, vehicle payoffs, and supporting deal documentation

• Perform daily accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

• Maintain accuracy in deal processing and transaction flow

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams

• Support audit inquiries, reconcile reports, and maintain accurate invoicing and collections records

• Provide backup support to Office Managers, ensuring consistent workflow and coverage across assigned locations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of entry-level accounting experience (AR, AP, reconciliation, or related bookkeeping) required

• Valid driver’s license

• Office experience preferred

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus

• General automotive knowledge a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic mathematical and analytical abilities

• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 90% of the workday)

• High school diploma or GED required; additional business/accounting coursework preferred
