Position Overview
We’re seeking a Director of Parts to lead our $6–10M parts operation across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee inventory, purchasing, pricing, and logistics while developing a high-performing team and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a multi-location parts team.
Manage $6–10M in annual parts revenue, identifying growth opportunities and cost savings.
Develop and implement standardized processes across all locations.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing for a seamless customer experience.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in parts operations (heavy-duty, trucking, or automotive preferred).
5 years of people management experience.
Proven success managing $6–10M in parts revenue.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in inventory management and procurement systems.
