Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Order Analyst. The DO analyst is responsible for the collection and entry of data, to include division orders, deeds and other conveyances, and maintenance of ownership records for assigned appraisal district's oil and gas properties. Required skills for this position are:
- General office and computer experience (Excel proficiency a plus)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivation, critical thinking and problem solving
- Customer service and telephone etiquette
- Work within a team to meet objectives and deadlines
