Pritchett Bridal, a premier bridal shop known for our exquisite collection and personalized service, is looking for a Bridal Consultant to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional who has a passion for fashion and a talent for creating unforgettable experiences for brides as they select their dream wedding dresses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences to recommend the perfect wedding attire.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by offering exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest bridal trends and our new arrivals to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the shop's goals and success.
• Manage appointments, including follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with the alterations team to ensure dresses are ordered and modified according to client specifications.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire brides during their dress selection process.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for fashion and bridal, with a keen eye for detail and styling.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings, as these are our peak times.
