Role Description The Cleaner role at Pristinex is a hybrid position based in Bridgeton, NJ, with some tasks that can be managed from home, such as scheduling, reporting, or online trainings. On-site responsibilities include routine cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and specialized spaces such as medical facilities or showrooms. Day-to-day tasks involve sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment in good working order. The Cleaner will follow established safety and sanitation procedures, report maintenance or cleanliness issues, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure client expectations are met. The role may also include occasional support for post-construction cleanups and special projects, with flexibility in scheduling based on client needs.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform core cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents, equipment operation, and basic workplace safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards across different facility types.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow schedules, instructions, and checklists independently.
• Clear and professional communication skills to interact with supervisors, team members, and clients when needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, bend, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement, primarily on-site in Bridgeton, NJ, with some tasks completed from home.
