Job Description
We are looking for motivated Field Technicians to join our operations department. This role ensures that customer service and service completion remains a smooth and efficient process by completing all field services according to company processes. The Field Technician is an integral part of our team and must thrive in this fast-paced environment. A candidate for the Field Technician must demonstrate an ability to learn our processes and then be able to competently excel in all their areas of responsibility. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver services of maximum quality in an efficient manner, while maintaining a high degree of safety.
Responsibilities
· Safety – Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.
· Customer Service – Ensure customers receive an amazing experience via presentation, communication, and service quality.
· Communication – Build and maintain relationships with all clients and staff members via appropriate and professional communications.
· Service Completion – Complete all scheduled services efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
· Truck & Equipment Care – Ensure trucks are kept neat and clean at all times and treat all

Compensation
Standard compensation includes a base hourly rate and a commission on any sales made. Bonuses are also available throughout the year based on different criteria.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
