Job Title: Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative Auto Detailing
Job Type: Part-Time, 25- 30 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented sales representative in the auto detailing and steam cleaning industry to join our team. This role involves answering incoming phone calls, make outbound phone calls, providing excellent customer service, accurately scheduling appointments, and completing daily tasks and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Incoming Calls: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Gain a thorough understanding of all service packages. Engage customers in value-driven conversations using solution-oriented communication to excite customers and secure service bookings.
- Make Outgoing Calls: Go through customer database daily and contact customers to see if services are needed again. Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with both new and repeat customers to promote loyalty.
- Appointment Scheduling & Invoicing: Accurately enter and manage customer appointments using the company’s scheduling system, and create invoices for services scheduled.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information about services, ask scripted questions, resolve basic concerns, and help customers choose the correct services.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details. Update spreadsheets for commissions, contractors, etc.
- Follow-Up: Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed. Make customer service calls to get appointment feedback and ask for a review. Reply to customer reviews on Google Reviews and Facebook.
- Collaboration: Work with administrators on other various small tasks and projects. Complete a daily task list.
- Call Transfers & Escalations: Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, scheduling, and call handling preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling software or CRM systems such as but no limited to Square (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Schedule & Compensation:
- 25-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, every other Saturday
- $15/hour plus $10-$35 commission for completed new customer appointments & completed staff initiated appointments. Additional commissions available.
- Paid Time Off available after 90 days
- Pay raise available after 90 days
- Paid Holidays available after 90 days
- Direct deposit required for pay
