We’re hiring a Lead Technician to join our exterior cleaning team in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
This role is for someone dependable, hard-working, and ready to take ownership of jobs while delivering great results for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior cleaning services (window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, etc.)
- Lead job sites and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Handle equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain quality control on all jobs
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable using ladders and working around roofs
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning or similar field is a plus
- Leadership experience is a plus
