Join our growing property management team as an Assistant Property Manager. This role supports the daily operations of residential communities, focusing on leasing, tenant communication, and administrative functions. You will work directly with residents, owners, and vendors while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with residents, tenants, owners, and vendors
- Utilize Rent Manager for daily operations including tenant records, rent entries, and reporting
- Assist with leasing activities:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule showings
- Post and manage listings on Zillow, Avail, Facebook Marketplace, and other marketing platforms
- Help convert leads into qualified tenants efficiently
- Support maintenance coordination:
- Receive and track work orders
- Communicate with vendors and tenants
- Ensure timely completion of repairs
- Assist with accounting-related tasks:
- Enter rent payments
- Help process invoices and payables
- Maintain organized financial and tenant records
- Perform administrative duties:
- Filing documents and lease agreements
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records
- General office support
- Provide strong customer service:
- Address tenant concerns
- Assist in resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Basic office and administrative experience preferred
- Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
